Ride to Conquer Cancer Staffing Highlights
The Challenge
Since 2015, 60+ Smart Serve Servers, Bartenders and Supervisors are required to cater to and cheer on 1500 riders across the GTA for this 200km charity bike ride.
The Results
100% of positions filled, as well as extra support persons provided for unforseen roles created on the day of the event. Stellar feedback from sponsors and guests regarding exceptional service and dynamic response to last-minute issues. No charge for internal Staff Shop management team onsite to handle sign in/out, health and safety and any/all daily staffing challenges.
