Job Types: Full-time, Fixed-term contract
Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Salary: $20.43 per hour
Location: St. Catharines And Ottawa ON – Must be able to work in Office

What You Bring to the Table:
● Minimum 1 year of sales experience (quota-based sales experience preferred).
● Overall 3 years of work experience.
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinker.
● Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Call center or outsourced sales/customer service environment, handling inbound or outbound calls is preferred but not required.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-based sales mindset.
What You Will Be Doing:
● Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, providing tailored marketing solutions to enhance their digital presence.
● Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage clients, optimize advertising campaigns, and increase investments.
● Provide consultative sales recommendations, educating clients on advertising products and best practices.
● Develop expert knowledge of digital marketing solutions, staying updated on industry trends to drive campaign performance.
● Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
● Proactively identify sales opportunities and propose strategies to maximize client advertising effectiveness.
● Maintain and update client records, campaign performance insights, and sales data in CRM tools.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the team’s overall success.
