 We do not have set rates that apply to all orders. We provide a quote for each new order - based on the roles and specific responsibilities, location, hours of work, length of assignment, minimum wage increases, holidays/blackout dates, and any other factors that may affect recruitment and the pay rate for the employees placed.

Our minimum booking is for 4 hours of work.

Yes we offer temp-to-perm arrangements, allowing employers to transition temporary workers to permanent roles. Conditions may apply.

NextCrew

Think of your info online as your personal vault. We have super strong encryption to protect the data. We also have firewalls to stop any breaches of security. Plus, additional layers of protection for your personal info, which administrators need passwords to access.

NextCrew allows the crew member to set their notification preference in their profile. A crew member decides how the message appears to them whether it be SMS, email, push notification through the mobile app, or on the website. The administrator will send the message or notification and the system will decipher how to send it to the crew member based on their preference.

If Staff need to cancel their confirmed shifts, you may do this as long as it is 48 hours before the event.

No, the NextCrew mobile app does not track you all of the time. Your location is only picked up when you clock in/out to report back to your employer.

Have you tried updating your app? If you are experiencing technical issues with the NextCrew app it may be due to having an outdated version.

For most features, functions, and capabilities yes. However, you do not need an internet connection to clock in and out from the NextCrew app.

There is no current feature for this at the moment, however, NextCrew has built in a feature that will allow you to sync jobs to your preferred Calendar. Click here for more.

You will need to reach out to your Staff Shop team at work@staffshop.ca so they can adjust the settings on their end.

Yes. Once you log in, please click on the Profile menu and navigate to the tab Location tab. The location page allows you to add multiple addresses. You will be notified of jobs located in the proximity of those locations listed on the Location page click here for more details.

Location information is used to assist the staffing coordinator with job placement. In this section, you can have only one primary location (your address) and multiple secondary locations. Please advise that in the section you are responsible for the accuracy of the information. Click here to learn more!

You can't share your profile with other staffing companies on NextCrew. Each company has its own way of doing things, and sharing profiles would make things complicated.   However, you can use the same email address for multiple companies. Plus, you can easily switch between different accounts without logging out. Just make sure you've logged in to each account at least once.

Job matches are based on your profile, location, availability, and skills. If you are not seeing any jobs and your profile is "verified" then there may not be anything available at this time. If you are not sure if your profile is up to date, please contact Staff Shop at work@staffshop.ca.
