We are looking for a Social Media Support Agent to assist digital content creators in optimizing their platforms and growing their audiences. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with influencers, providing strategic guidance and support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Location: St. Catherine’s, ON
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (35-44 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $19.23 per hour
Start date: March 26, 2025

What You Bring to the Table
● Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Six-month internship or one year of experience in marketing, social media, or sales.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
● Passion for social media, digital trends, and content creation.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Be Doing
● Act as the primary contact for social media content creators.
● Educate and assist creators in growing their audience and optimizing their platforms.
● Provide strategic consulting to enhance creator objectives.
● Track, analyze, and report key social media trends and performance metrics.

● Offer solutions to help creators achieve their goals.
● Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 accounts, engaging via text, phone, and email.
● Conduct outreach to new and existing partners, responding to marketing leads.
