The Challenge
Since 2017, 80+ Porters, Bartenders, Hawkers, Servers, Inventory Personnel and Supervisors are required to service over 35,000 horse racing enthusiasts at Woodbine Racetrack each June, for Canada’s oldest Thoroughbred horse race.
The Results
100% of positions filled in multiple areas on site. Self-direction achieved by Staff Shop team under the leadership of our Team Lead Supervisors in each area. No charge for internal Staff Shop management team onsite to handle sign in and deployment.
