Restaurant Supervisor-$3000 /month

Our client is willing to sponsor your work permit (if you are in Canada or the US), provide relocation assistance, staff housing, meals, and shuttle service to and from work.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant floor staff
- Understand POS and proper sequence of orders
- Manage time standards for food and beverage delivery
- Train wine service
- Understand floor operations
- Candidate must be able to train Sequence of Service
- Candidate must be able to work long hours
- Coordinate and schedule staff
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma
- Ability to speak write and communicate in English
- Candidate must have been involved in a Restaurant serving Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of POS
- Worked in a lead room service capacity for 3 years in a luxury brand
- Strong understanding of wines and spirits
- Strong understanding of Mediterranean and Japanese Cuisine
- Willing to relocate
- Knowledge of LQA or Forbes standards
- Ability to work long hours
- Love the Food and Beverage industry
