  • About the role:
  • We have an exciting/urgent requirement for our client’s hospitality company, seeking the
    interest of dynamic, experienced, and responsible professionals for the position of Restaurant
  • Manager to lead all aspects of our business.
  • Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Manage, train, and supervise staff to proper customer service practices
  • Schedule staff hours and prepare payroll
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and questions to maximize customer
    satisfaction. Also, familiarize regular guests and build relationships to ensure the return
  • Work within the team as a team player to ensure the company’s ultimate goals are achieved
  • Oversee the balancing of cash drawers, record income, and expenditures, and monitor inventory
    and petty cash
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Ensure that Bar & FOH orders are made weekly, within company par levels.
  • Ensure inventory is done Monthly and sent to the accounts team.
  • Coordinate daily front-of-the-house restaurant operations
  • Collaborate and maintain a great connection with the kitchen team to ensure high productivity
  • Regularly review product quality and build relationships with vendors.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
  • Manage and review labor cost and beverage costs, weekly and monthly to maintain company
  • Promote the brand and his/her Restaurant in the local community through Social media and
    restaurant events, along with the Marketing team.
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • Assist with the training of new and current FOH staff
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Document incidents involving employees ( i.e writing up employees and termination to company


  • Proficiency in English
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food and
    beverage industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems used in restaurant operations (i.e.Micros) a plus
  • Basic knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Start Date: ASAP
Worksite Locations: Beautiful Nassau, Bahamas! (multiple locations)
Schedule: Hours 6 days a week
Rate: $3,000 to $4,500 USD (Depends on experience level)
Min 2-year commitment
Full-time relocation required and facilitated.
Work permit, Accommodations & Travel will be provided by the client.
