General Labour (Assembly)- $16-18 /hour

Our client is seeking 4-6+ General Labour (Assembly) Workers to join their team. The ideal candidates will be trainable to not only do assembly but also read blueprints. They will be responsible for assembling racks, which involves using pin-sort locators to ensure the racks are where they need to be and don’t collide with the robots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and interpret assembly instructions
• Assemble racks using nuts, bolts, and other small parts
• Use pin-sort locators to ensure racks are in the right position
• Follow detailed instructions and processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead

Qualifications:

• No specific education is required for this role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
• Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be physically capable of performing the job duties

Working Hours:

• 6 am-3 pm Monday to Friday
• Unlimited overtime
• Overtime is always optional

Compensation:

• Starting rates for assembly is between $16-18 an hour
• After years, could get over $18
• Nobody knows what anyone else makes
