The Challenge
Since 2016, 120+ Cashless Operations Staff, Parking Attendants, Toll Booth/Gate Staff and Supervisors are required for this 4-day country music festival, hosting over 45,000 guests daily. Very hot weather conditions or rain, remote location and limited resources available.
The Results
99% of the positions filled with additional back-up employees as requested by the client. Various health and safety matters handled successfully. Our Staff Shop management team set up shop onsite before, during and after the event to ensure our presence and support was available for our client and employees.
